We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator to step into a trusted, long-term role as our current IT manager prepares for retirement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values documentation and stability, and wants to own internal IT operations as a company grows.

This is a solo, in-office IT role supporting staff across multiple offices.

What You’ll Do

Support employees with day-to-day IT needs across multiple locations
Manage Windows PCs, printers, scanners, phones, and office hardware
Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, email routing, and user access
Maintain networks, internet connectivity, and phone systems
Document systems, procedures, and configurations for continuity
Work directly with leadership to improve system reliability over time
Travel between offices as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in Windows-based business environments
Microsoft 365 administration experience
Comfortable operating as the primary IT owner
Organized, dependable, and service-oriented
Able to communicate clearly with non-technical staff
