What You’ll Bring To The Team

2–5 years of systems administration experience (or equivalent education/experience)
Previous onsite technical support experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers
Familiarity with AWS and MySQL/MariaDB (preferred)
Microsoft and/or AWS certifications (a plus)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset
