What you will actually do

• Hunt high value problems in healthcare and prove the market exists

• Design the model, cost it, pressure test it and get people funded

• Run early execution with strategy, product and finance teams

• Use AI tools to move faster than traditional operators

• Stand next to senior decision makers, not take notes for them

• Base 145K to 215K
