Role Description

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Singleton & Co. Consulting as we launch operations. This is more than just a title — it’s a chance to be a co-architect of a growing business. The COO will manage day-to-day operations, help develop client acquisition strategies, design internal processes, and ensure the company is structured for growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can wear multiple hats, and is excited by the challenge of building a company from the ground up.

Important Note: This is a ground-floor position, and compensation will be performance- and client-dependent initially. Candidates should have an existing income source or flexible financial situation. Once clients are onboarded, pay and equity arrangements will be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, project management, and workflow design.
Collaborate with the founder to define the company’s strategic direction and growth plan.
Develop operational systems, processes, and best practices from scratch.
Assist with client acquisition, proposals, and project execution.
Manage vendor and partner relationships as needed.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Proven leadership experience in operations, project management, or business development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.
