About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking to hire an attorney as Litigation Counsel. This position is responsible for assisting with routine litigation and discovery matters, including responding to subpoenas and providing support for various litigation issues, such as consumer protection, personal injury, ADA, employment, and real estate litigation. This role involves collaborating with different business units to provide litigation and legal support.

The Day-to-Day

Support senior counsel with strategic defense of litigation matters nationwide, including commercial, consumer protection, ADA, personal injury, and real estate.
Assist in responding to information requests, discovery, and pre-litigation filings.
Support senior counsel with responses and objections to subpoenas and other legal documents.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance frameworks stemming from litigation as needed.
Assist with escalated customer complaints.
Keep apprised of, and ensure compliance with, newly enacted state and federal laws.

Is this you?

Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent required.
Licensed member in good standing of California bar required.
2+ years of general litigation experience required.
Strong grasp of civil procedure.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
A team player and relationship builder, with the ability to adapt in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Some travel may be required.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
