Role Summary
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. Owns process design, automation strategy, controls, and dashboarding to drive effective vulnerability management across the organization.
Required Experience
Background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC
Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys)
Experience with automation and dashboarding in ServiceNow
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths
Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units
Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, closure validation)
Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy
Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams
Track and report key metrics (e.g., time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging)
Develop training materials and run enablement sessions
Drive adoption through communication and change management
