A fast-growing healthcare and wellness organization is hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and platform scalability across a HIPAA-regulated healthcare and e-commerce environment.

This role is ideal for a senior technology executive with experience in cloud computing, Salesforce CRM, e-commerce platforms (Shopify), AI-driven personalization, cybersecurity, and enterprise system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business growth
Lead development of web and mobile applications, Salesforce CRM, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
Drive AI and data initiatives supporting personalization, operational efficiency, and business intelligence
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
Ensure secure, compliant integration across EHR systems, CRM, financial, operational, and third-party platforms (labs, pharmacies, vendors)
Own cybersecurity, data privacy, HIPAA compliance, risk management, and disaster recovery
Build, mentor, and scale engineering, product, and infrastructure teams
Partner with executive leadership to deliver revenue-generating technology initiatives
Manage technology budgets, vendors, and strategic investments

Required Qualifications

10+ years of technology leadership experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or regulated industries
7+ years leading engineering or technology organizations in high-growth environments
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integrations, and cloud-native platforms
Deep experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integrations
Hands-on leadership with Shopify or enterprise e-commerce platforms
Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and HIPAA compliance
Ability to translate technical strategy into clear business outcomes
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

Background in healthcare technology, digital health, or health data platforms
Experience integrating EHR, lab systems, pharmacy platforms, and payment systems
Exposure to genetic, diagnostic, or clinical data environments
Experience scaling platforms in venture-backed or private equity–backed organizations
