Our client is a healthcare data analytics company building products that impact patient outcomes and financial bottom lines. They are looking for a CTO with a hands-on technical background who can lead by example and impact technology and our culture as they grow.
The CTO will guide technical direction, work closely with leadership and build a strong engineering team to make things work. This role requires experience building a software startup from series-A to B and beyond. Qualified candidates will have experience with the following:
- Create and execute plans to scale product and organization
- Build, mentor and lead engineering team
- Contribute to designing reliable, secure data and analytics platforms
What you should bring
- Significant experience building and scaling software products from series A Funding and beyond.
- A strong background in data, analytics, or SaaS
- Comfort in early-stage environments where priorities evolve quickly
- Srtong leadership
