We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Helpdesk Engineer to join a dynamic MSP support team. This role blends hands-on support with project-based work and offers exposure to a wide range of technologies. You’ll handle everything from day-to-day support to escalated issues, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and growth in an MSP setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to and resolve a broad range of support tickets, from Level 1 through escalated Level 3 issues
- Provide hands-on support across core MSP technologies, including:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Networking
- Servers and workstations
- SonicWall firewalls
- Ubiquiti switches and wireless access points
- Perform network deployments, including new firewalls, switches, and servers
- Deploy and support Hyper-V hosts and Microsoft Intune solutions
- Troubleshoot complex issues efficiently while maintaining strong communication with clients
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 helpdesk / technical support role
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and firewall management
- Hands-on experience with SonicWall and Ubiquiti products
- Solid server and workstation troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling escalated technical issues
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications are a plus (Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, Azure, etc.)
