CTO Co-Founder (AI/ML Expert) | Build Real-World AI That Matters
We're seeking an exceptional CTO Co-Founder to join us in building a transformative AI startup. If you've spent the last 15+ years crafting innovative tech, and in recent years built real-world AI/ML solutions that solve meaningful problems - this might be your calling.
We’ve validated demand and are in the early build stage. We're looking for a mission-aligned technical visionary who’s ready to architect, develop, and scale the next big AI platform - not just another tool, but a solution that truly impacts lives and industries.

About the Role:
As CTO and technical co-founder, you’ll:
- Lead architecture and development of our AI-first platform from the ground up.
- Translate real-world problems into AI-driven solutions
- Own technical strategy and decisions, including infrastructure, data pipelines, and ML models.
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team as we grow.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product, vision, and go-to-market strategy.
- Play a key role in shaping company culture and long-term roadmap.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 15+ years in tech, with at least 5+ years leading AI/ML product development.
- Have built and deployed real-world AI applications (not just academic or prototype-level).
- Understand AI productization, from data ingestion to model training to deployment.
- Have experience building scalable SaaS or AI platforms (bonus if in NLP, generative AI, computer vision, or predictive systems).
- Are hands-on with modern AI stacks - Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
- Love solving complex human or business problems with elegant tech.
- Are comfortable with startup ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
- Want to own meaningful equity (10%) and be a founding pillar of something big.
