POSITION DETAIL
Exceeding $1.7 billion in assets, ELGA Credit Union, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is currently recruiting for a technology executive to serve as their Chief Information Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the CIO will be charged with developing a culture of accountability with the IT department, improving service standards, and overhauling the structure of the department. Additionally, the incoming executive will provide strategic direction for the department, own the technology plan for the credit union, and mentor and coach the IT team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, experience with evaluating and structuring IT teams, and the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Five plus years of senior leadership experience over technology operations is required
