Systems Administrator GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Systems Administrator
provides hardware, software, and cloud systems configuration,
management, monitoring, and maintenance for the agency\'s IT
infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure access for hybrid staff and
end-user support. This position works closely with other internal and
external IT positions to ensure smooth delivery of technology services
and efficient issue resolution. The Systems Administrator must be highly
organized and enjoy working within a fast-paced and mission-driven
organization. The ideal individual will possess strong foundational
knowledge, have the willingness to learn new technologies and skills,
and will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong
written, verbal communication and administrative skills. Associate\'s
degree in related fields with 3+ years of experience in systems
administration strongly preferred; industry certifications preferred but

considered in lieu of education and/or certification. QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer & Technical Proficiency: Expertise in cloud systems management.
Experience in network monitoring, patch management, and disaster
recovery. Advanced skills working with firewalls. Knowledge of Zero
Trust networking principles and VPN administration. Experience with
network switches and an understanding of network topology. Knowledge of
a variety of hardware, software, programming languages and cloud
platforms. Experience developing non-native API integrations a plus.
Organizational Skills: Precise environment management, data entry and
record-keeping, adherence to existing quality assurance and
documentation standards, with a great attention to detail. Critical
Thinking: Highly adept in determining data and other information
relevant to make improvements, sound decisions and problem solve in a
multifaceted network environment. Ability to assess and analyze risks
and develop mitigation strategies. Displays original thinking and
creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness. Generates suggestions
for improving work efficiency and effectiveness. Exercises judgment and
advanced technical skills in selecting and applying procedures
correctly, and determines when to involve other team members in network
concerns. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and
communication skills working with technical and nontechnical personnel
at various levels in the organization. Professional and clear verbal and
written communication skills. Time Management & Flexibility: Ability to
meet assigned deadlines. Demonstrate flexibility to multi-task and
adjust to changing priorities in a timely manner. Changes approach or
method to best fit the situation. Able to prioritize tasks and adjust
for delays or unexpected events. This is a 35 hour per week, full-time,
on-site position requiring availability for scheduled shifts between
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m in our Greenfield office. Hybrid flexibility
