We are a growing Managed Service Provider scaling by design, not turnover. The team is small, well funded, and focused on building a long-term service model where senior engineers have real influence and room to grow.
This role is the senior technical anchor on the support side, handling complex troubleshooting and environment stabilization with some project and deployment work mixed in. Roughly 75% escalations and 25% projects, with flexibility, hybrid options after onboarding, and work from home when needed.
You will work across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, virtualization, and core networking while helping reduce recurring issues, improve service delivery, and mentor junior engineers. This is a hands-on senior role with a clear path into leadership as the organization continues to scale.
