Job Description:
Seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to support, lead, and improve the organization's identity and access management systems, policies, and tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Administer user accounts, groups, and access privileges
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead IAM projects end-to-end, managing timelines and resources
- Monitor compliance and participate in audits
- Generate metrics, KPIs, and reports for leadership
- Address operational issues and escalate when needed
- Recommend IAM solutions aligned with security needs
- Implement strong authentication and MFA controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate IAM with infrastructure
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of IAM experience
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles and technologies (e.g., Azure, Okta, Oracle, Ping)
- Proficiency in access controls, RBAC, PAM, authentication, and IAM governance
- Experience with IAM-related incident response and audit participation
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, InfoSec, or related field
