Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Angels Camp, CA. The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. Daily tasks include network configuration, handling system administration, ensuring network security, troubleshooting connectivity and system issues, and providing technical support to users. The role also includes monitoring system performance and assisting with upgrades and maintenance as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing network and system issues
- Knowledge of System Administration to oversee hardware, software, and server management
- Expertise in Network Security to monitor for and mitigate potential threats
- Strong Technical Support skills to assist end-users and resolve connectivity issues
- Familiarity with healthcare-related IT systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent are highly desirable
