Role Overview
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supports Revere Medical’s mission by delivering high-quality analytics that meet customer and organizational needs. This role serves as a primary analytics partner to stakeholders, helping define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. The analyst applies structured problem-solving methodologies to gather, analyze, and visualize data, delivering clear, actionable insights while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions across the organization
- Partner with stakeholders to define business questions, scope, and objectives
- Gather, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to end-user needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Train and support end users on new reports and dashboards
- Maintain documentation for analytics processes, data models, measure definitions, and integrations
- Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

Technical Capabilities
Data Acquisition (Intermediate)
- Identify required data sources, tables, and elements
- Write SQL queries to extract and prepare data for analysis
- Perform data quality checks and validation
- Working knowledge of data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks preferred
Data Analytics & Visualization (Intermediate)
- Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
- Apply appropriate analytical approaches to solve business problems
- Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Communication of Results (Intermediate)
- Present insights, implications, and recommendations in a clear, concise, non-technical manner
- Use tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support presentations
Planning & Execution (Intermediate)
- Manage workload to meet project deadlines
- Effectively balance multiple priorities
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
Stakeholder Engagement (Intermediate)
- Identify key stakeholders and secure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Translate business concepts into clear analytical objectives

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or related analytical role
- Strong SQL experience
- Experience working with healthcare data or within a healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a distributed team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
