We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator/Engineer with a strong focus on endpoint management, systems engineering, Office 365 administration in a cross-platform environment (Windows/macOS). Proven ability to manage device compliance, automate IT processes, and administer enterprise SaaS tools, while partnering with security, legal, and operations teams to support global infrastructure and user needs.
Duration: 6 month contract (potential for conversion)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Intune MDM/MAM policies for Windows and macOS (compliance, USB restrictions, conditional access).
- Replace legacy GPOs with Entra ID-based policies and support Zero Trust architecture.
- Administer Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Support and troubleshoot across a cross-platform device fleet.
- Collaborate with security and networking teams on access, compliance, and connectivity (VLAN tagging, routing).
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Intune: policy creation, compliance, lifecycle management.
- Strong hands-on with Entra ID (Azure AD): conditional access, RBAC, GPO replacement.
- Mid-level or higher SharePoint administration experience.
- Office 365 admin experience across Exchange, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with VLANs, tagging/untagging, and routing concepts.
- Experience in a mixed Windows/macOS environment.
