General Job Summary
Plan, implement, monitor and maintain the Bank’s network infrastructure
Organizational Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, install, monitor and maintain server infrastructure
- Conduct disaster recovery tests as directed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with server infrastructure
- Support for Desktop Team with issue resolution
- Participation in the on-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
Works in office and data center, occasionally travel to remote locations
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Associates or Bachelors in computer science or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted.
Experience: 5-10 years supporting a corporate IT infrastructure in the role of Systems Administrator.
