Site STS Technology Lead
Duration: Contract - 6-12 months
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $36/HR
Location: Fully onsite in Midland, MI
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and virtual support for infrastructure and application issues
- Deliver excellent customer service to users, leaders, and visitors
- Work with operations and business leaders to improve processes and services
- Support and manage local IT projects and global rollouts
- Maintain workstation compliance and reduce defects
- Assist with audits, budgets, vendor coordination, and IT asset management
- Help maintain the site disaster recovery plan
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide occasional support to other locations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Experience with IT support/service delivery (ITIL)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Hands on support for workstations, tablets, smartphones, LAN/Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Windows OS (XP–Win10), O365, SAP, server basics
- Experience with iOS/Android device support
- Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience
