Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and GPU technologies, along with experience in building and managing robust AI infrastructure. This position is integral to driving the company's growth through advanced technology initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment for tech development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and GPU-based solutions for various applications.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of AI infrastructure to support advanced analytics and machine learning operations.
- Collaborate with other executives to identify and prioritize technology investments that drive business growth.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for tech initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in technology management.
- Strong knowledge of AI, GPU technologies, and AI infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, specifically Neocloud.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
