AKKODIS is seeking a Penetration Tester (Offensive Security (Red Team) for a full time job with a client located in Fort Washington, PA(Hybrid) . Ideally looking for applicants who have proven experience in Red Team ,Penetration , offensive Security etc.
Salary : $110,000 to $120,000/Annually +Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-scope red team engagements simulating Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs).
- Conduct adversary emulation exercises using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
- Perform comprehensive penetration testing across networks, applications, cloud environments, APIs, and physical security controls.
- Develop custom tools, scripts, payloads, and exploits to support offensive operations.
- Identify and document vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and systemic security gaps.
- Partner with Blue Team and SOC teams to validate detection and response capabilities.
- Lead purple team exercises and tabletop simulations to enhance organizational readiness.
- Deliver detailed technical reports and executive-level summaries with risk-based recommendations.
- Perform threat modeling and attack surface analysis for new systems and technologies.
- Maintain operational playbooks for offensive security activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red team operations.
- Proven experience leading complex offensive engagements.
- Demonstrated experience developing custom attack tools or scripts.
