Job Description
You will assist the organization’s network services area in managing and protecting the firm’s network systems by evaluating risk and implementing policies, mechanisms, and defenses. In addition, you will perform routine network services assignments according to established guidelines which may include services related to connectivity, risk assessments, security compliance, systems storage, and communication infrastructure support.
This position requires travel to client offices and project sites for meetings, information collection, and configuration.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Plan and execute network services activities, including maintaining network connectivity; providing storage, server, backup, and communication solutions; managing backup systems and storage repositories; and preparing system security procedures in accordance with firm standards.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions, and oversee Microsoft 365 and Entra administration for secure and efficient access management.
- Establish, communicate, and meet deadlines for network services functions.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all network systems information, analysis, and documentation.
- Prepare systems analyses and review performance against requirements.
- Gather and maintain supporting documentation related to user registration, hardware/software updates, and installations.
- Monitor network status and evaluate performance to sustain workflows for all users.
- Coordinate scheduling for software installations, configurations, and system upgrades.
- Work closely within the network services team and with employees to ensure efficient network and system infrastructure.

- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science or related area preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position
- Adheres to the firm’s IT security policy and follows established procedures.
- Experienced with computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.
- Has solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibits good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
