HWThree is partnered with a New York-based Investment Bank that are looking to hire an Assocaite of Infrastructure Audit.
This role is on a hybrid basis, out of New York City. If you are not able to work on site 3 days per-week please do not apply.
As an Assocaite Infrastructure Auditor, you will:
- Assist in planning and preforming internal audits over the firms cybersecurity, data security, cloud security and infrastructure, to produce deliverables, within a timely manner
- Help to develop audit programs with leadership, and perform audit fieldwork, such as system documentation, evaluations, interviews, and technical analysis
- Work closely with internal, and global IA colleagues to identify emerging control issues and discuss/ implement remediations
- Evaluate internal controls in key technology risk areas to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare audit work-papers and audit reports
- Stay up to date with latest auditing technologies and methodologies
- Oversee and report on key projects to Head of IT Audit
As an Assocaite Infrastructure Auditor, you will require:
- 4+ years’ cyber security or infrastructure auditing experience within a bank or financial institution
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or some other related field
- In-depth knowledge of technology including Linux, Windows, Messaging Infrastructure, Collaboration Tools, Cloud Infrastructure, Remote Access Technologies and Networking products
- The ability to assess controls based on NIST, SANS, ISO2700 or other leading cyber security frameworks
- CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIA or other relevant certification is preferred
- Experience managing audits throughout a matrixed organization
- Experience identifying and testing key risks and controls for IT applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
