Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, Standard business Hours, Hybrid Position- Mondays and Fridays are remote!
- Pay range starts at $48+/hr!
- 6+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for driving policy adherence across procurement and expense channels, leading operational risk mitigation efforts, conducting audits, and supporting compliance governance within purchasing and spend processes.
- Position will also be responsible for researching and auditing procurement activities, operationalizing policies, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing case investigations, expanding risk management scope, measuring performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen compliance and governance frameworks.
- Position will be in charge of serving as an escalation point for complex expense and compliance matters, delivering expert guidance on risk and policy issues, influencing senior stakeholders, supporting ESG and risk strategy execution, and driving continuous process improvement across operations.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree is required! Advanced graduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred!
- 3-5 years of corporate or professional services experience in procurement, expense governance, risk operations, compliance, or internal audit is required!
- Experience auditing policy adherence, managing compliance cases, and supporting risk mitigation initiatives is required!
- Knowledge of procurement governance, spend controls, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX), and strong data-driven decision-making skills is required!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and push back on senior stakeholders is preferred!
- Experience creating deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, SOP documentation, and working in a hybrid/in-person environment is preferred!
