Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an IT System Administrator to join their team in the Lancaster, OH area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing support for day-to-day IT operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer Windows Server environment
- Troubleshoot hardware to include PCs, printers, and scanners
- Assist with IT projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Manage user accounts, onboarding, permissions, and security controls
- Maintain system backups, security, and antivirus protections
- Ensure documentation and compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-7+ years of IT system administration experience
- Experience supporting Windows Server Environment
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- ERP/MRP systems experience
- Exposure to virtualization environments
