Job Description
The Operations Analyst will implement and maintain infrastructure solutions across multiple data centers with a focus on supporting
Active Directory and Entra ID. You will be collaborating with various departments within the IS and Security to ensure solutions adhere to industry’s best practices and align with business objectives. You will also leverage automation to boost the productivity of the IaaS department and, where possible, employ cloud management techniques to manage data center systems efficiently. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring effective maintenance of data center operations
You Will Be Responsible For
- Provision, manage, monitor, test, and decommission services.
- Participating in and leading small project meetings and enforce best practices.
- Apply specialized technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to find viable solutions for a challenge.
- Evaluate, plan and implement projects.
- Remain current on assigned technology administration, infrastructure and network systems, CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages and tools and troubleshooting.
- Document and resolve moderately complex problems.
- Report progress, roadblocks and initiatives to leaders.
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills To Be Successful
- Active Directory and Entra ID administration for a multi-domain environment
- Windows Server Operating System and related services
- DNS/DHCP/DFS/GPO administration
- VMWare Administration
- SAN and NAS design principles
- Azure IaaS Advanced Microsoft PowerShell Scripting Infrastructure Automation
- Azure IaaS Administration
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Position's Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000
