LaSalle Network is looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed AML Analyst to jump in and help our client tackle a high-volume compliance project. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep financial operations clean, compliant, and audit-ready, ensuring every transaction meets AML and BSA standards.

What You’ll Do As An AML Analyst

Investigate and resolve AML transaction alerts quickly and accurately
Support the AFC team by identifying, researching, and escalating suspicious activity
Partner with investigators to analyze complex transactions
Stay up to date on AML/BSA regulations and “red flag” trends
Participate in department meetings and required training

What You Bring As An AML Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law, or a related field
1-3 years of AML/BSA or fraud experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working independently and remotely

Key Details

Compensation will range from $60-70 per hour depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.
