What you’ll do:
We are searching for a Cybersecurity Compliance Support Analyst who will assist in ensuring the organization's cybersecurity policies and procedures are aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This role involves working closely with various departments to support compliance efforts, conducting audits, preparing documentation, and providing guidance on security compliance matters.

To be expected:

Monitor and report on the organization’s compliance with internal cybersecurity policies and external regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and external regulators.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
Track and ensure timely remediation of audit findings and recommendations.
Assist in the development, review, and updating of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure that policies and procedures are communicated effectively across the organization.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Support the creation and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
Ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
Stay updated on relevant cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
Provide guidance to the organization on how to comply with new and existing regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and execution of incident response plans.
Support incident investigations and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assess and monitor the cybersecurity compliance of third-party vendors.
Ensure that vendors adhere to the organization’s cybersecurity standards and policies.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, or a related field.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using compliance management and reporting tools.
Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and addressing compliance issues.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80k and $100k. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position may be eligible for an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
