Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in San Francisco, CA. The CTO will oversee the company's technological direction, lead the development and execution of the technical strategy, and manage technology teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing new technologies, optimizing existing systems, ensuring data security, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. The CTO will also mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in software development, cloud computing, and systems architecture
Strong leadership skills, team collaboration, and project management experience
Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and technology roadmapping
Proficiency in cybersecurity protocols, data privacy standards, and IT compliance
Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present technical solutions
Proven track record of driving innovation and scaling technology for business growth
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in technology leadership within international markets is a significant advantage
