RBW Logistics
Supply Chain and Logistics Advisor
With the world that we live in today, it's always better to be safe than sorry. This is especially true when it comes to your personal or proprietary information. This is an interesting industry, one that I was not aware of before taking the position. It's amazing to understand now just how much sensitive information is floating around, waiting for someone to come along and steal your identity. It's a good thing to have services like this available, that can have this information securely stored, delivered and destroyed. When it comes to accountants, lawyers, doctors and real estate firms, security of their client's private information is paramount, and Records Management Center is here to help.
• Analyze information security risks and recommend secure alternatives to protect against data breaches and identity theft
• Streamline processes, maximize efficiencies and decrease overhead expenses

Records Management Center - Augusta, GA
Information Security Analyst
I gained a tremendous amount of experience and understanding for business operations, sales and customer service with this position. An opportunity came along with Wheelchairs Plus just before graduating from Augusta State, and honestly, I had no clue what to do with my career. At the time it was a small company, but I grew as the business did, allowing myself to manage numerous facets of a multi-million dollar business. This job gave me a lot of the knowledge and capabilities that I have today, and I am extremely grateful for the experience.
• Operational Logistics : Effectively managed numerous facets of a consistently growing multi-million dollar medical supply business. Proven ability to streamline processes, maximize efficiencies and decrease overhead expenses
• Sales and Customer Service : Developed, managed and delivered motivational product training and customer service development. Creative problem solving abilities in addition to extensive processing software experience with Quick Books Enterprise and Microsoft Office Excel
• Procurement of New Sales Avenues : Approached and acquired relationships with new accounts. Total sales, sales per account and number of accounts increased, positively affecting the company’s return on investment and profits as a result
• Warehouse / Inventory Management : Monitored inventory distribution from the manufacturer and various warehouses to the end user. Anticipated, identified and resolved problems to ensure smooth product flow

Wheelchairs Plus Mobility Solutions
Operations Manager
This was a job that I thoroughly enjoyed! There was something about getting up early in the morning and getting on the course with the dew still on the ground and the smell of freshly cut grass. I did a little bit of everything from edging the bunkers, mowing the rough, fairways and greens to weed eating and cutting down trees. In the end, it turned out to be too much hard work for not enough income. However, the free golf was probably one of the best benefits I ever received from an employer!
2002 : 2006

On the personal side, I was born and raised in Augusta. However, most of my extended family lives in Knoxville, TN, which is where I would call home. I'm not the most extroverted person you would meet, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I am reserved at times and like to listen more than I speak. Most would consider me to be pretty laid back and accommodating, yet motivated to succeed and hard working. You would think that these characteristics wouldn't align with a career in sales, yet I seem to do pretty well.
I am a big sports fan, especially when it comes to college football, golf and mixed martial arts. Although an avid golfer, I believe it's probably the most frustrating sport ever invented. Yet for some reason I can't get enough of it. I may be a Georgia boy, but Tennessee is my team for life! GO VOLS!
I graduated with a degree in Business Management from Augusta State in 2005, it took me six years, but I finished none the less. Business Management/Operations is the area where I probably shine the most. I'm a numbers guy, what can I say?
Specialties: Operational logistics, sales and customer service, inventory management, professional networking, training & supervising, cost analysis.
