Adam Holland is an award-winning Senior IT Security Leader who has helped protect corporate, consumer and patient information for companies including Walmart, GSK Pharmaceuticals, Haleon and now The Wendy’s Company. As part of his Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role, he helps support technology solutions which assist in enhancing corporate data security posture across multiple operating systems, technologies and countries. He is responsible for Information Risk & Compliance, Offensive Security, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management and Security Governance. Adam excels in the full range of IT security leadership—from regulatory compliance to security policy development, process improvement and team building to grow leadership at all levels and regardless of title. He leads with a mindset of business enablement through careful risk management and remaining a constant student of the business and its operational needs.
