- Outreach to DoD wargamer communities to identify their objectives and relevance of nuclear effects
- Researched end user needs for software tool and coordinated with software developers to implement
- Coordinated DTRA integration into existing wargames
- Wrote nuclear weapons effect rules for several existing DoD wargames
