• Managing two global teams, Network Team and Security Operations and Cyber defense team.
• Started the global Information Security Program at the organization :
o Adopted ISO27001/2 framework as the organization’s framework.
o Established the Information Security Committee comprising of the top executives of functional areas.
o Started and maintained the security awareness program that includes monthly training and assessment through benign phishing campaigns.
o Established Information Security Metrics, measuring the organization on three major KPI’s (Threat, Posture, and Performance).
o Enhanced End point security through Application whitelisting and Security Incident Response and analysis tool in addition to web control. The measures reduced security events and incident significantly.
o Established other security process and procedure such as Configuration Management, Information Management, Incident Response, vulnerability management, Security Policy, and access management. Also reviewed other processes and enhanced them to comply with Information security requirements including but not limited to Acceptable use, Asset management and acquisition, Incident and Change Management, and business continuity.
o Reviewed security design in established and deploying IT solutions throughout the organization and introduced design changes to accommodate security requirements including but not limited to [Access control, mobile device management, network segmentation, application access and administration structure, ..etc].
• Measured both network and security teams’ operations on a weekly and quarterly basis, through reviewing incident handling service level agreement reports, customer satisfaction survey results, and change management tasks and their implementations.
• Setup Business Intelligence reports for both teams’ performance and KPI with visual and geometrical visualization.

• Established design methodology and utilized it in the first assignment [Data center migration and refresh].
o Collected MTBR for equipment to identify the best design from a high-availability perspective.
o Utilized fault tree analysis to measure overall MTBF for the data center as well as quantifying ROI for additional components costs and their value to high-availability.
o The design was the first Spine-leaf topology design for the organization. It was realized through utilizing latest technology features of the components while controlling cost and support simplicity.
• Coordinated Datacenter consolidation projects for the network infrastructure side.
