In the three years as an IT Manager on Hill AFB supporting the CONUS Global NetOps Support Center (GNSC) Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) program we have undergone a multitude of changes through covid and post covid business practices. Upon arriving to this facility there was no continuity, no standard operating procedure, and no accountability of time and work. I quickly implemented a tiered phase rollout of updates that would be adhered to in a timely fashion. With new hires in the pipeline, I had to quickly learn my job and to formulate a plan of action & milestones to ensure the proper training and readiness was available to them (Phase One). My team and I created the foundation and we then specialized in particular sectors to create a continuity book, policies, and standard operating procedure to be shared (Phase Two). I specifically worked on the OCONUS (Overseas), Transport, and Power (Base Operations). Creating a process checklist that would be followed for optimal completion time and minimized errors. Working with privatized vendors, Military organizations, and special operations on a daily basis gives me the exposure to utilize my soft skills and project management to its fullest across the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN). Following this, I spearheaded the ticket managing system through Remedy on SIPR and creating a database tracker of all our work across 14 employees through Microsoft Access on NIPR. The last phase included metrics for key leadership and to determine where the analysis was failing in our received/executed work. I implemented a grading scale per every technology that we utilize to grade against to determine if remedial training was viable.

● Conducting IAVM network security scanning using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution
(ACAS) scan tool, Audit and data security analytics and Host Based Security System (HBSS) to
monitoring and identifying network and system vulnerabilities; scanning of all
unclassified servers, devices, and workstations on the networks to validate compliance;
● Conducting vulnerability scans and network security assessments/reports; and supporting
Information Awareness (IA) project management by preparing and coordinating project
authorization documents, operational benefit statement and cost comparisons of alternatives.
● Knowledge of the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) or Tanium or System
Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities
pertaining to Defense Health Agency (DHA).
● Managing enterprise Windows image deployments utilizing the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
(MDT) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Involved in planning, conducting
comprehensive testing, user acceptance, and production implementation, ensuring appropriate
security and access controls are in place for Eisenhower Army Medical Center.
● Integrating several hardware, software, and/or IT related services to provide and integrate
information systems; delivering timely, efficient, and effective virtual and onsite IT support to all
end-users; providing technical support of PC and PC peripheral design features, hardware,
software, or operating system capabilities, system integration and interoperability requirements;
and modifying hardware, software, and operating systems to meet user needs.

laptops in the Tech room or throughout the Depot.

Utilizing Remedy help desk, provide final-resolution assistance to non-technical end-users, as well as interact with various vendor support teams and associated staff, in support and maintenance of Accelera Solution, Inc.'s contractual service-level agreements.
Managed and administered a wide array of Windows 2008/2012 servers in support of PCI DSS / SSAE security compliance. Network fundamentals utilized through consistent attention towards IP subnets, VLANs, ACLs, VPN, and DNS creation for the whole site picture topology of Mount Pleasant LAN, Charleston DC/Greenville DC, and overseas clientele. Analytical skills exercised daily while managing multiple projects in lieu of operating a help desk of auditors, sales, remote sales, and managers (+70 personnel). Added and removed Organizational Unit (OUs) for published applications to ensure users were in their correct distribution group according to permissions and site. General maintenance through
adding, modifying, deleting, and moving servers to correct OUs in Active Directory. Installed DOD patches onto servers and STIGGED servers in the environment. Read and monitor network scans to see what servers needed to be patched to be with in
compliance.
