Client Claims Connect platform supports 7 regional instances. The Business Analyst is responsible for working with business partners from multiple teams across each of these regions.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying project stakeholders and impacted teams. Support development of project plans.
• Identify opportunity for process/system improvements by adopting new Epic functionality.
