The ISBO’s role is to provide vision and leadership for developing and supporting information security initiatives in a ‘federated’ environment (at an operating company level in concert with a shared services corporate model.) The ISBO, in conjunction with the Information Security Officer of the parent company, will oversee and direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IS systems, business operation and facility defenses against security breaches and vulnerability issues.
