Experience: I have over 7 years of experience working in the information technology field. Currently I work as a Level 2 Technician for Gateway Community College, assisting faculty and students with various technology problems, questions, or concerns. I have learned to manage computers in Active Directory, install images and software using Microsoft SCCM, troubleshoot connection between computer and network this includes routers, switches, ports, lan, vlan, and wlan. I really enjoy educating users in safer computing usage and preventative maintenance.
