• SME for all Call Accounting issues at MBNA for all North America Locations. System was used in tracking threatening calls and identifying their source
• Worked closely with Special Investigations to identify and monitor areas where the bank was at risk for loss due to internal or external threats
• Worked on a special task force that successfully identified a specific threat to the bank
• Managed a project that saw the implementation of a new call accounting system to 12 PBXs in Delaware during the above mentioned time period
• After successful rollout in Delaware oversaw the project to migrate all PBXs in North America, 33 in total to this new platform
• Designed custom reports for LOBs. Ran 175 separate scheduled reports and approximately another 80 Ad Hoc on demand reports monthly
