As a member of the Regional Space Leadership team I was the lead occupancy planner in charge of reviewing and developing stack plans as the client team’s needs changed. I was a key resource in the decommissioning of multiple buildings in order to reduce the company’s real estate footprint. I was the key planner in the movement of over 2,000 colleagues in 8 weeks.
I created and conducted yearly training for space coordinators as well as met on a quarterly basis with the individual space planners to help plan for space needs of client teams in order to better plan for future needs.
I was part of the Enterprise Space Team and helped to solve the complicated process for onboarding over 800 temporary colleagues each year. I worked closely with the resource managers to determine location assignments for the teams as well as managed the logistics involved with setting up the space for the individuals.
