Brad has more than 25 years of experience in successfully identifying organizational needs and leading the development and implementation of emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, and operating performance.
Brad’s role at RTi requires him to respond to the operating needs of internal professional clients and service departments, as well as external business clients and associates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Most notable are his strengths in troubleshooting problems and in finding solutions to ensure that technology-driven business operations remain constant.
Brad has the additional charge for systems and data security and, as such, he is responsible for information assurance and managing the risks associated with cybersecurity threats. He keeps the organization and its people safe from the increasing pressures of cyberattacks, and as an ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), is at the forefront of the field.
Brad holds a Microsoft MCSE Systems Engineer certification along with a BFA in Photography from the School of Visual Arts. Brad was founder and served several years as chairman of the CASRO Technology Committee.
