Founder/principal at startup consulting firm and managed services provider. Cooper Hudson Inc. works with mid-sized and large companies to improve business operations through sound and responsible adoption of today's latest technologies. With a strong technical background, specializing in infrastructure and building managed solutions in the enterprise space. A 20-year career in critical infrastructure design and operations has included over a decade focussed on the high-tech sector in financial services and has also included the creation of two successful cloud services suites at well-known service providers.



Most recently directing the Managed Services division of Align, a global IT solutions firm based in NYC, with responsibility for delivering comprehensive outsourced IT managed services to some of the most sophisticated organizations in the world. Align's Managed Services offer a structured ITSM solution including ITIL based infrastructure operations, colocation and private cloud services, end-user technology support, and IT staff augmentation.



Previously Executive Director of Systems Integration and Support at Gravitas Technology, focused on the alternative investment community including some of the largest hedge funds and asset managers on the street.



VP of Engineering at ITG (subsidiaries including Macgregor, joint ventures including the TNS Financial Svcs Network) responsible for design of international high-speed financial networks and all critical trading system infrastructure including enterprise-level storage systems, server environments, complex messaging networks, database systems, and world-class datacenter space.



Prior to my time in the financial services industry I began my career deploying cutting-edge networking technologies across the US for TCG (later AT&T Local Services) - the nations largest CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier).
