3. Lead by example - Have high standards for yourself and your team

4. Build an environment where it’s safe to fail

5. Surround yourself with great people, develop and empower them and then get out of their way

6. Be curious - Ask probing questions, even if you think you know the answer and keep an open mind

7. Simplify - Make systems and processes as simple as possible

8. Be authentic - Seek and share honest feedback and be willing to disagree

9. Have fun - Life is too short to fill your days with too much stuff you don't enjoy
