When working with the Platform as a Service (PaaS) team, I worked alone and as part of team to help maintain Windows and Linux servers (drive space issues, patching, agent resets). I gained experience
with the vulnerability program ACAS where I would find and research vulnerabilities from Nessus security scans. I also researched and re-mediated STIG findings on servers and completed STIG checklists for Windows servers and Red Hat Linux servers. This consisted of logging into servers and verifying several security settings. I also gained experience with the BMC BladeLogic Server Automation Application.
When working with the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team, I researched a Cloud Object Storage solution (Cleversafe), learned about backups and storage on a Data Floor, and gained experience handling Blade Servers. I also assisted with technical documentation.
