* Leads and mentors 16 Financial Specialists who provide timely and accurate management in accounts, collecting and disbursing fund, paying military and civilian personnel and commercial accounts, and preparing reports and summary cost data to 1,800 employees spanning an $2 Billion accounting portfolio.
* Leads, manages, plans, organizes, and directs operations. Develops related reports. Improves work methods and procedures for internal control and efficient operations. Coordinates with Senior Leaders/Executives on matters pertaining to Financial Management policies, procedures, and operations.

* Responsible for the Health, Morale and Welfare of 180 person team. Developed guidance plans with Senior Level leaders while advising on all matters with the enlisted force.
* Functioned as principle advisor to flight commander. Led and developed enlisted members of the flight. Worked hand in hand with squadron Senior Enlisted Leader/Superintendent to provide decision support to leadership.
* Oversaw agency training plan. Validated training requirements for over 80 personnel. Organized eight hands-on data analytic training courses to create innovative tools which saved the organization 475 hours in manual data analysis.
* Developed financial payment program and database which compiled and tracked thousands of payments spanning four years in three different currencies which alleviated a multi-year deficiency and accounted for $770 Thousand in missing payments.
* Managed $20M+ in equipment vital to national security and the safety of 150 employees; resulted in zero losses, and the continued integrity of all classified materials.

* Secured and managed $800 Thousand in cash funding vital to national security and Presidential support mission; identified 22 non-compliance program areas and implemented process improvement plans which resulted in 100% accountability and zero losses of funds.
* Oversaw and managed the employment of 14 agencies Information Technology systems; achieved 100% accountability, ID’d $80 Thousand in lost/misplaced items and eliminated $1.5 Million in broken assets while increasing network capacity by 33%.
