•Supports Data Center with collaboration with our facilities team to ensure proper air flow and humidity in our Main Data Center and as well as remote Data rooms.
•Manages and maintains the virtual environment. Making sure the templates for the VMs in use are up to date, assuring sufficient storage.
•Manages Hosting Environment (IIS) for our external facing clients. this is making sure all our web servers both Production and Development are up and running and well maintained.
•Main point of contact for the FISMA servers, for both Windows and Linux Servers.
•Perform quarterly vulnerability scans and analysis and reporting.
•Provide support for vulnerability and/or compliance assessments.
•Provide support for two factor authentication, shared token.
Have complete understanding of Routing Switching WAN : route redistribution, IP Routing, VPN, Switching : Vlan, NAT, Port Security
•Manages Infobox which is an integrated IP Address Management Solution.

•Manages Service Desk interns and Service Desk contractors, assisted manager with daily management needs including overseeing team performance

•Serve as the escalation point for the service desk and the first point of contact for the systems and networking teams in the troubleshooting of servers and network equipment
•Perform the New Hire / IT OnBoarding Orientation for all new hires every week
•Supported Active Directory and Exchange 2007/2010
•Manages and maintains Druva Cloud Backup, which includes deployment to different departments. Creating and Syncing account and coordinates with the vendor when needed on issues.
•Manages Duo (dual factor) Authentication.
•Supported wireless devices that include Iphones/Ipad, Androids and BlackBerry (BES Server). Aside from mobile devices, I also support Cisco IP phone in terms of configuring phones.
•Supported RUD (Restricted User Data) these are 4 physical Servers Windows 2008 R2, that are placed on a different Subnet within the organization on where only limited / licensed users and administrators are allowed to manage data.
•Supported and maintain PGP interface. This is our encryption software that every laptop needs as part of our security policy. This also ties in to the RUD Data as it has a Standalone Version of PGP. I also work with the CSO to make sure that we are in compliance with the security policies the internal and external clients require.
•Took the lead on the standardization of the MAC environment.
•Assigned to Executive Support.
•Assigned to HR Support, This assignment requires that any HR equipment and data can only be handled by HR certified and approved technicians.
