Support a fleet of 12,000 PC systems, 2000 macOS systems, and hosted app environments (Citrix, Horizon View, and RemoteApp) using Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro. Provide change management support for project rollouts and work with business leaders to plan implementation and training.
