Responsible for designing and managing a comprehensive loss prevention program in partnership with the store management team to protects the company's assets in excess of $42.2 million. I developed aggressive policies, procedures, standards and training to meet and exceed inventory budget plan. The store had previously failed to make inventory for more than three years by $125K. In 9 months, I developed and maintained familiarity with principles, concepts and methodology of store acquisitions. I established a comprehensive plan of action and executed store-wide shattering the 2014 inventory budget by more $125,000. Generated statistical analysis and established quarterly production strategies ensuring all efforts contributed to the bottom line profit of multiple locations and help to make Lowe's the lowest cost operator in the industry. I provided security and protection advice directly to top-level leadership regarding storewide program protection plans and systems security. I was solely accountable and responsible for safeguarding company proprietary information, personnel, property, assets and material from theft, loss, misuse, and fraud.
