One of the first hospitals in our corporation to attest to Meaningful Use Stage 1 and 2. Utilize Meditech Clinical and Financial Applications (Magic) to meet unique hospital needs. Provide the expertize for Successful interfaces to Kronos time & Attendance, Carestream Pacs, Powerscribe transcription, Spheris transcription, Mammography reporting system, Promed ED System, Athena Clinicals, GE Centricity Perinatal Systems, Pyxis Medication Dispensing, Ephiphany Cardioserver, and Quest Labs utilizing both Point-to-point and Mirth , Have Primary responsibility to manage integration/interface issues between Meditech HCIS and other 3rd party software. Use NPR report writer to provide data to internal and external customers, develop custom reports, and interface to other applications. Supervise end-user support and training for Meditech HCIS, Windows, 3M encoder, Vocera, and desktop software applications such as Microsoft office and Internet explorer. Responsible for 500+ node fiber optic network. Coordinate physician-office connectivity issues. Developed data conversion files for corporate reporting. Provide Meditech consulting to corporate IT and sister hospitals. Implemented and provide primary support for Internal PBX System and Vocera Communications Systems.
