The achievement I'm most proud of was realizing that people are your most valuable asset for success.
It has always been easy to me to learn a new skill or take the lead in a project and be successful at it. I had never really seen the value of accomplishing a task as a team. After running so far, I realized that I was easily able to get things done quickly on my own but my race would be over quickly if without the help of others.
Thankfully through some trials I had to undergo in a couple of positions, I was able to turn what could have become enemies into trusted coworkers and friends. This proved invaluable. Now even though It felt like I had wasted to much time not trying to excel on my own, I realized that experience was the best teacher.
I hope to share my experiences with others and learn from them.
