As the senior Information Security leader at Living Spaces, I am responsible for all aspects of Information Security within the enterprise. I report directly to the CIO as the highest-ranking Information Security authority and strategic contributor. Some of the things that I've done or am actively doing include :
• Pioneered Living Spaces' first Information Security Policy and governing bodies.
• Achieved and maintained PCI compliance since 2016.
• Established an information security governance structure, including an advisory board, overseeing security initiatives.
• Regularly report on information security to IT, business leaders, and the C-suite, aligning with enterprise risk management.
• Collaborate with vendors and legal teams to maintain security requirements.
• Coordinate targeted information security awareness training.
• Ensure consistent policy and standard application across projects and systems.
• Provide clear risk directives for IT projects.
• Oversee information security, including budget and staff development.
• Continuously developing and executing an information security vision that aligns seamlessly with organizational priorities.
• Monitor/maintain a comprehensive information security program, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, safety, and privacy.
• Collaborate with business units on security risk assessments, including daily scans, vulnerability assessments, tabletop exercises, and penetration testing.

• Led the complete overhaul and management of the enterprise network, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution and ongoing maintenance.

• Established comprehensive network standards, spanning from layer-1 (physical) to layer-4 (Transport), guaranteeing consistency and reliability across the organization.
